today is day 1 of her 91 day plan to get everyone "skinny thinking" so here goes!
Today you have to focus on at least 5 minutes of exercise Freedom is possible.
I also managed to get back on track with boot camp after family responsibilities stopped me from going last wednesday and Friday, luckily the leader is kind and does not shame me for not going!! Those push ups were extra hard today!
I am also going to try and do at least 30 mins strength and yoga on the wii to get my balance better!!
