I would like to loose 40lb but lets start with the first 10!
I am being really good and going to bootcamp and I am putting in my all into it and it is hard (thanks Keli) but hard is good - there is no point if it is too easy!
Now I need to really focus on charting what food I eat and doing more exercise at home.
Lets see by the weekend if I have made a dent into that first 10lb's
